Very good set of cameras that work well
Very good set of cameras that work well. Passive setup, which was fine for me, not a YT’er, just need something recording when riding as a backstop. The network to connect to the camera a little temperamental and the copy speeds v slow, but on machine playback fine. At the resolution number plates are fine, just dont expect 2K quality. I knew what I was getitng though. Fitting is “ok”. The supplied kit does not really offer enough options with the3M backstop (which I am using) fine, but not great and I can’t imagine it will last many washes. Routing was easy enough but the wires are odd lengths leading to a LOT of twisted wire under the seat and not much option to remove or place elsewhere. For now, works as expected, but will need to fettle mounts sooner rather than later.

Pleased with the camera. Original factory mount would not enable camera to be level. I ordered the GoPro bracket from Innovv and works great with a smaller footprint and level.

Easy to assemble
Easy to assemble, now I'm waiting to use it when travelling but I think there will be no surprises.
The camera is shaking during riding, and the videos are jittery.
Please check if the camera is parallel to the ground and confirm if the screws are tightened enough.
The DVR mount get loose even though the screws are tightened.
Please add a silicon plate to strengthen the resistance between the bracket and handle bar.
The video is blurry.
Please check if the lenses are clean without any finger marks, dust or other smudges, and wipe the lenses with dust-free cloth.
The K6 can not be turned on, or shut down automatically.
Please check if the power supply is with DC 5V / 2A.
The K6 fails to record and the red light is flashing.
Please check if the TF card is inserted properly or select another TF card and try again.
The K6 Wi-Fi can not be found.
Please check whether the green light on the DVR is blinking or not, please press the button twice for a short time to activate the Wi-Fi if you find the green light is not on.
Forget the password of the INNOVV Wi-Fi.
Please reset the DVR to default setting. The default password is 12345678.
There is no audio in the video.
1. Please check if the microphone is off in the App settings.
2. Please check if the microphone input hole in the DVR is blocked or not.
Video frozen when it is played or downloaded in the App
1. The distance between your phone and the camera should be within 2m, and be sure there is no obstacle or interference sources around.
2. You are suggested to operate the App on a mainstream mobile phone to get a better experience.
What are the strips inside the package for?
You can use them to fix the cable on your bike, like in the image below.
Why can't my device save videos to a folder or my device stop recording videos, and intermittently recording videos?
Please try replacing another SD card or try formatting the current SD card.
Please format the SD card on our APP directly.
Back up important videos before formatting.
Please use high-quality memory cards (U3/V30 grade).
Are my two dashcams compatible with each other and can the accessories be used interchangeably?
Dash cams are incompatible with each other and their accessories cannot be used together.
Why doesn't my package have a SD card?
SD cards need to be ordered separately, our store sells SD cards.
Why haven't I received the email about the order?
Please check the spam email or the email address where you placed the order.
You will receive email notifications when your order is successfully placed and shipped.
Why did I only receive part of product for my order?
Since accessories and equipment will be shipped from the most suitable warehouse and logistics center, your order may be split into two packages to ship.

IL Prodotto é eccezzionele.
Le uniche pecche che ho trovato sono:
_ 1 Non sapendo inglese non ho trovato quasi niente per tradurre in Italiano
- 2 le viti sulla daschcam per togliere la SD card, dovrebbero avere un sistema che quando vuoi aprire lo sportello non cadino per terra, come mi é successo
- 3 mettere le luci spie del radar sui specchietti, non mi é geniale perché sono troppo indietro, sono riuscito a metterle un po più avanti.
Ma sinceramente avrei apprezzato se i cavi fossero stati più lunghi di almeno 15 cm.
A parte queste tre cose sono molto contento e soddisfatto di aver acquistato e montato il vostro prodotto
