Will this fit a 14MM accessory bar? the listed sizes seem to indicate 14MM is the most narrow and second most narrow collar.

Suitable, 14MM is usable. Our 28MM pipe clamp bracket has three rings: small, medium, and large. The small ring is suitable for 16-23MM, the middle ring is suitable for 13-16MM, and the large ring is suitable for 9-12MM. Therefore, the middle ring is suitable for the 14MM clamp. Our clamp range is from 9 to 28MM, so you can use it with confidence.
