Can I apply if my shop has never installed INNOVV products before?
We prioritize shops with actual installation experience. However, if you're new to INNOVV, you're welcome to familiarize yourself by studying product materials, reviewing user manuals, and performing trial installations before applying.
If a customer experiences issues during installation, is my shop responsible for the product?
