1. Order Cancellation


Before Shipment or Production: You may cancel your order at any time before the product is shipped or produced, and we will provide a full refund.

After Shipment: If the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you may apply for a return after receiving the product (subject to return conditions).

2. Return Policy

Return Period: Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Conditions:
i.The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
ii.If the product has been opened or used, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
iii.Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

Return Process: Provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact customer service to confirm the return address.

3. Important Notes

Custom or Personalized Products: Not eligible for the 30-day refund policy.

Shipping Responsibility:
If the return is initiated by the customer, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, as determined by the courier company.
If the return is due to damaged or incorrect items caused by the seller, the customer will not bear the shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

Inspection and Notification: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will send a confirmation email and notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

Refund Processing: If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Warranty Policy

Product Warranty: All products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Accessory Warranty: All accessories are covered by a 3-month warranty.
