How does INNOVV handle orders?
INNOVV provides global shipping services. If there are special circumstances that prevent delivery, our customer service team will contact you promptly.
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT+8) will be processed within one working day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT+8) will be processed within the next two working days.
(Note: Excludes public holidays or other uncontrollable factors.)
What is the delivery time?
Main Products (K7, K6, K5, ThirdEYE Mirror, ThirdEYE Watch, RC6, H5, PowerHub3, P1, N1 Pro, N1):
UK: 3-7 working days. (Shipped from local warehouse)
US: 3-7 working days. (Shipped from local warehouse)
CA: 3-7 working days. (Shipped from local warehouse)
EU: 3-10 working days. (Shipped from warehouses in parts of Europe)
Other: 15-30 calendar days (Shipped from China warehouse)

Which regions does INNOVV not deliver to?
1. No delivery service is available on the dependent islands.
2. South Africa: South African dependent islands and addresses containing box, posbus, plot, plaas, Farm, plaas, private bag, privaat sak keywords are not available for delivery services
3. All countries do not accept PO boxes and military addresses and cannot send APO/FPO military addresses
4. Temporary countries that cannot be transported: Russia, Belarus, Israel, Gibraltar
How will my products be delivered?
In the UK, US, CA, and EU regions, delivery of INNOVV products is handled by local warehouses. They will choose the carrier they deem most suitable for our customers.
I ordered multiple items. Will they arrive at the same time?
We will do our best to ensure that all your items arrive simultaneously. However, our products may not always be shipped together, as different shipping methods may be used depending on the products. You will receive a shipping notification email once the items are dispatched.
Can I change the delivery address after my package has been shipped?
Unfortunately, once the product is in transit, we cannot change the shipping method. However, you can contact our customer service at Support@innovv.com within 12 hours and provide us with the correct information.
How does INNOVV handle customs duties?
As of June 25, 2024, all orders are duty-free. If duties are incurred, you can contact us with the tax invoice to apply for a refund.
How can I track my order?
After placing an order, INNOVV will send a tracking email to customers within 2-3 working days (delays may occur during holidays or special circumstances), allowing you to view the status of your package in real-time.
Note:
If a customer cancels an order more than 1 hour after placing it, they must bear any return shipping costs that may arise.
If the address provided by the customer is incorrect, resulting in lost or untraceable packages, the customer shall bear the loss. INNOVV will not replace orders or issue refunds.
