FAQs

Please read our After-Sale page to find out more.

Why is the camera shaking and the videos jittery during riding?

Please check if the camera is parallel to the ground and confirm if the screws are tightened enough.

Why are the videos blurry?

Please check if the lenses are clean without any finger marks, dust or other smudges, and wipe the lenses with a dust-free cloth.

Why doesn’t the DVR power on when I start the motorcycle?

Please check the yellow ACC wire is connected correctly.

Why can't I find the Wi-Fi signal?

Please check if the blue light on the remote control is flashing. If the blue light is not on, turn off the ignition, shut down K7, then turn on the ignition and restart K7 to activate Wi-Fi.

Why is there no audio in my videos?
  1. Please check if the microphone is off in the App settings.
  2. Please check if the microphone's connector is loosened or there is damage to the wiring harness.
Why is the GPS indicator flashing or turned off?
  1. Flashing light: Please make sure the GPS antenna is installed in a reasonable position, with the text side facing the sky and no metal wires or other obstructions above it.
  2. Light off: Please check if the connector of the GPS antenna is loosened or the wiring harness is damaged.
Why does the video freeze during playback or download in the app?
  1. The distance between the phone and the camera should be within 2 meters, and make sure there are no obstacles or sources of interference nearby.
  2. Use the app on a mainstream mobile phone for a better experience.
  3. Check whether the host is properly installed. Ensure that the text faces upward and no metal shell or cable blocks the host.

Superb dash cam.

Purchased this camera system earlier in the year and I am very impressed with the quality of the footage. The equipment is well made and has a quality feel to it.

Great piece of kit

2k footage created is very good, the camera housing, control unit and gps modules are well built of quality materials. Easy set up and install.
Only issue is that the wifi network the unit creates is a bit slow. Fine for accessing settings, but to review the footage taking the micro sd card out is the best way.

Must have for any motorcycle

I have been looking for a reliable dash cam so to speak while I ride. This is it!! I chose the 2k model front and back because I wanted a separate hub for the control instead of the 4k camera being the hub.
The wires were all easy to connect and programming was a piece of cake. The quality of the front and rear cameras quite happy with. As well as the time, date, speed and GPS location as it stamps on the video.

The only problem I had (which was a 20 second fix) was the input for the camera in the hub was not marked for front and back or primary secondary.but once it was powered up it was an easy switch . Quite happy and have recommended to everyone riding with me and a few have already ordered theirs.

Excellent Dash Cam

Quality product that does exactly what I need it to do. It seems that more and more drivers are distracted out high on MJ. I wanted a camera system that works full time and captures high quality video in the event that some undesired encounter occurs. I love the app layout, the quality of the videos, and the option to capture pictures and protect videos from being over written. I also love the map overlay. High quality product at a reasonable price.

Great system so far!

I have been using this system for about 3 weeks and everything is operating as expected. The K7 system meets my needs perfect. Video and image quality is acceptable. Quality of components are very rigid and seem durable. Install was a breeze on my 2024 Honda Goldwing. The DVR was mounted in the trunk, GPS on top of the trunk, front camera under the headlight, rear camera under the trunk and the remote on the left perch. The system and app is very user friendly with switching the different setting.

Couple items I can suggest are:

1. The longer of the two camera leads could have been just a little bit longer for the front of my bike for my application.
2. More hardware for mounting the cameras. The flexible mounts work fabulous for my application.
3. I think a firmware update can resolve this. When using the remote to take pictures it can be difficult. You need to push the button (2) times and I feel the programing tolerance can be loosened to allow more time to make the second push. I found it locking/saving the video when I wanted to take a picture.
4. SD memory card is a little difficult to remove from DVR after you pop it out.
