Why is the camera shaking and the videos jittery during riding?
Please check if the camera is parallel to the ground and confirm if the screws are tightened enough.
Why are the videos blurry?
Please check if the lenses are clean without any finger marks, dust or other smudges, and wipe the lenses with a dust-free cloth.
Why doesn’t the DVR power on when I start the motorcycle?
Please check the yellow ACC wire is connected correctly.
Why can't I find the Wi-Fi signal?
Please check if the blue light on the remote control is flashing. If the blue light is not on, turn off the ignition, shut down K7, then turn on the ignition and restart K7 to activate Wi-Fi.
What should I do if I forget the Wi-Fi password?
Please long-press the Function Button on the Remote Control for 10 seconds to reset the K7 to the factory default settings. Then, reconnect the K7's Wi-Fi using the default password 12345678.
Why is there no audio in my videos?
Please check if the microphone is off in the App settings.
Please check if the microphone's connector is loosened or there is damage to the wiring harness.
Why is the GPS indicator flashing or turned off?
Flashing light: Please make sure the GPS antenna is installed in a reasonable position, with the text side facing the sky and no metal wires or other obstructions above it.
Light off: Please check if the connector of the GPS antenna is loosened or the wiring harness is damaged.
Why does the video freeze during playback or download in the app?
The distance between the phone and the camera should be within 2 meters, and make sure there are no obstacles or sources of interference nearby.
Use the app on a mainstream mobile phone for a better experience.
Check whether the host is properly installed. Ensure that the text faces upward and no metal shell or cable blocks the host.
Finally got round to installing the K7 Bundle to my BMW F 900XR. I have to admit I'm really rubbish at fitting stuff, but this was a doodle. If I can do it any one can. Although I did forget to connect to a live feed, so though i'd need more assistance. I've now corrected that and have connected yellow wire to my Thunderbox and everything to my amazement works. Good job Team on the build quility. Everything only connects to the correct feed, so no wrong wire connections. Time will tell in its usage, lets hope its never needed in anger. Any way team stay safe and keep your rubber down. ;-) sorry no pictures at this time

Placement is easy and neat but instructions could be a little more comprehensive as I’m no mechanic so needed my friend, who is, fit it. The wiring is the thing that needs careful planning especially if the space available is already tight. I would also recommend getting the Hex EZCan to help connect to your bikes power.
Once in, it’s great video quality is awesome and steady. I feel a bit more confident that if anything were to happen I would have it clearly on cam.

Great for a Caterham!
Mounted them on my rollbar, with electronics in the boot. View is great. I had to make some rollbar adapters, but they bolted up easily with the provided hardware and look perfect.
The remote and all provided cables are longer than I needed for a super clean installation.
GPS picks up just fine from inside the boot and under my tools. WiFi is fantastic. I keep the unit reachable in case I ever need to get to the SD card, but I don't think I will ever need it.

Very impressed with the whole experience of purchasing from INNOVV. Fast delivery, quality packaging, and quality equipment. Install was straightforward, though for my bike (Triumph Rocket iii Roadster) a bit too much wire that I had to tuck out of the way.
Playback was crisp and clear, I did a lot of research before buying the system, and it hasn't disappointed at all.
