Why doesn’t the DVR power on when I start the motorcycle?
Please check the yellow ACC wire is connected correctly.
Why can't I find the Wi-Fi signal?
Please check if the blue light on the remote control is flashing. If the blue light is not on, turn off the ignition, shut down K7, then turn on the ignition and restart K7 to activate Wi-Fi.
What should I do if I forget the Wi-Fi password?
Please long-press the Function Button on the Remote Control for 10 seconds to reset the K7 to the factory default settings. Then, reconnect the K7's Wi-Fi using the default password 12345678.
Why is the GPS indicator flashing or turned off?
Flashing light: Please make sure the GPS antenna is installed in a reasonable position, with the text side facing the sky and no metal wires or other obstructions above it.
Light off: Please check if the connector of the GPS antenna is loosened or the wiring harness is damaged.
Why can't my device save videos to a folder or my device stop recording videos, and intermittently recording videos?
Please try replacing another SD card or try formatting the current SD card.
Please format the SD card on our APP directly.
Back up important videos before formatting.
Please use high-quality memory cards (U3/V30 grade).
Why don't I save the video or pictures when I press the remote control?
When installing the remote control, please check if the cable is installed too tightly and if there is no buffer reserved at the installation position or the cable is broken.
Why can't my phone connect to the product's wifi and shows no network connection?
Please keep mobile data off (or the data roaming off) while using the APP, as it may interfere the phone with the Wi-Fi connection to the product.
Please enable APP access permissions on your phone.
I am a fussy and meticulous installer of any electrical additions to my bike so, I spent a good 5 hours installing this excellent, very well made and robust camera/video recording system, the INNOVV 7 deserves it. I used a switched ignition to energise a relay and thus feed the installation from the battery. The only problem I had was finding space on my 2018 R1200GS to place the INNOVV dvd and the relay I used. There is not a lot of room anywhere to fit add ons. Anyway, it is a job well done and I have very stable and clear images both front and rear. This is an extremely well made system and the size of the cameras makes for a very discreet installation. Very pleased with my purchase.

Ya tenía instalado el radar de INNOVV y por ahora va perfecto!! toda una seguridad en la conducción así que ahora tocaba las cámaras, tras haber revisado muchas, creo que esta es la mejor, aunque no entiendo que pongan cámaras 2K con tasas de bits tan bajas...hay que poner más tasas de bits para tranferencias de datos de vídeos, con esto se gana más calidad de imagen, es igual prácticamente ponerlos en 1080 que 2k, la calidad de imagen en movimiento es prácticamente idénticas, no vas a ver matrículas de coches más allá de 20 metros, pero esto le está pasando a todas las dashcams, así que por ahora muy contento, funciona de forma correcta, pero el conjunto cámara-radar es la ostia!!
