TPMS & Screen Protector
Quite a slow delivery to the UK, but not an Innov fault.
The TPMS work well and give both high & low warnings (useful when you get a nail in the back tyre). For some reason my N1 thinks the front is the rear and vice versa, not an issue but a slight annoyance. The spanner that came with them was next to useless.
The screen protector is good and works fine.
The camera is shaking during riding, and the videos are jittery.
Please check if the camera is parallel to the ground and confirm if the screws are tightened enough.
The DVR mount gets loose even though the screws are tightened.
Please add a silicon plate to strengthen the resistance between the bracket and handlebar.
The video is blurry.
Please check if the lenses are clean without any finger marks, dust or other smudge s, and wipe the lenses with dust-free cloth.
The DVR is not working after motorcycle ignition on.
Please check the yellow ACC wire and other cable connection first.
The INNOVV N1 fails to record.
Please check if the TF card is inserted properly or select another TF card and try again.
There is no image from the cameras.
Please check if the camera connector is loose and if the connection wires are damaged or broken.

1. Please check if the microphone is off in the App settings.
2. Please check if the microphone input hole in the DVR is blocked or not.
CarPlay can't connect.
1. It takes longer time to connect for the first time.

INNOVV N3 Initial Review – Great Support and Easy Setup
INNOVV N3 – Initial Review
I recently purchased and fitted an INNOVV N3 to my KTM 1290 Super Adventure S and wanted to share my first impressions.
The ordering process was straightforward and the information available on the INNOVV website was clear and helpful. However, it soon became apparent that, as a newly released product, the N3 was not yet available in the UK and would need to be shipped from China, meaning delivery would take longer than I had initially expected.
This is where INNOVV’s customer service really impressed me. I contacted them via their online chat and was genuinely surprised by how responsive and efficient they were. My enquiry was dealt with quickly, communication was excellent throughout, and they went above and beyond to ensure I received the unit well before I set off on my motorcycle tour.
Installation was relatively straightforward. The instructions could perhaps be laid out a little more clearly, but nothing was particularly difficult. The only challenge I had was identifying the KTM ACC1 and ACC2 wiring connections, but once that was sorted, the N3 was easy to mount and connect.
On first power-up, the unit connected to my phone without any issues and worked better than I had expected. The app was easy to use and the overall setup process was quick and intuitive.
As I’ve only recently started using the N3, it’s too early for me to provide a long-term review of its performance and reliability. However, based on my experience so far, I am extremely pleased with both the product and the support I received.
Pros:

Areas for Improvement:
* Installation instructions could be clearer and better organised
Overall, my initial impression is very positive. INNOVV’s customer service was outstanding, the product was easy to fit, and first use has been excellent. I look forward to putting many miles on the bike with the N3 and will happily provide a longer-term update in the future.

Amazing Product....really helpful when commuting
I have installed it as best as i can. The radar works wonderfully and it helped me a lot with just knowing your surroundings a bit better. Nothing beats the Head Check but it helps to get reminded to do it from time to time. i have an XSR 900 it is quite a head ache fitting it to the bike cleanly specially the wiring and installing it together with the K7 but 5 stars still
Ich bin aktuell ca 2000km mit dem N3 unterwegs. Zuhause noch das OTA update durchgeführt und jetzt seit ca. 2000, läuft das N3 perfekt. Kein hänger, kein einfrieren es läuft immer und das auch noch sehr schnell. Auch Nässe, den ganzen Tag regen macht nichts aus. Die Hellifkejt ist perfekt. Dieses Gerät ist ein zuverlässiger Begleiter. Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung.
