FAQ

1. The camera is shaking during riding, and the videos are jittery.

Please check if the camera is parallel to the ground and confirm if the screws are tightened enough.

2. The DVR mount gets loose even though the screws are tightened.

Please add a thin silicone strip under the bracket to tighten the grip.

3. The video is blurry.

Please check if the lenses are clean without any finger marks, dust or other smudges(you have a space after smudge), and wipe the lenses with dust-free cloth.

4. The DVR is not working with the motorcycle ignition on.

Please check the yellow ACC wire and the other cable connections first.

5. The INNOVV N1 fails to record.

Be sure to format the new card USING THE APP, not your desktop. Please check if the TF/SD card is inserted properly, or format another TF card in the App and try again.

6. There is no image from the cameras.

Please check if the camera connector is loose and if the connection wires are damaged or broken.

7. When there is a problem with the DVR, you can open the waterproof cover on the right side of theDVR with the accompanying tool and press the reset button with a thin paper clip-type lever to allowthe system to reboot.

8. There is no audio in the video.

1. Please check if the microphone is off in the App settings.

2. Please check that the microphone cable is plugged in, after first removing any foreign material from the female socket.

9. CarPlay will not connect

1. It takes longer to connect for the first time.

2. Only iPhone supports Carplay and the system should it must be at iOS 13 or above.

3. Be sure the phone's WiFi and Bluetooth are turned on. Try turning each off and then back on to encourage a connection.

4. Be sure your phone is not connecting to some other WIFI network in stead. You may need to “forget” the other WIFI that is connecting, example: Carlink.

5. Go to the phone settings-General-Carplay Car, delete all the records and reconnect.

6. Restart the phone and reconnect it. Go to Settings-General-Carplay, delete all records and reconnect.

10. Android Auto can't connect

1. it takes longer to connect for the first time.

2. only Android phones have support for Android Auto and the system has to be Android 11 or above.

3. check that the phone's WiFi and Bluetooth are turned on.

4. you need to delete the WIFI that is connecting and can't provide a network, such as carlink ...

5. Go to phone settings - connected devices - Android Auto - previously connected cars - accepted cars - remove all records and reconnect.

6. Restart your phone and reconnect.

11. To use cell phone connectivity

We recommend that the cell phone is located within 2 meters from the main unit, making sure that there are no metal obstacles or sources of interference in the surrounding area.
