I saw this model camera initially on YouTube and was intrigued as I wanted a dash cam on my 2024 Kawasaki Ninja 500 SE. The options were Vantrue F1 or the Navman MiVue. Hands down the K7 is the better of the three with both front and rear capable of 2K resolution. The unit is tiny so it was a breeze to install in the guts of the Kwaka and all the parts are quality material. Now this model is still not currently available in Australia unless you go on Innovv’s website but since they pay for shipping and duties, I can’t complain too much.
I do have one small gripe, and that is I can’t seem to see a live view of the footage using iOS (iPhone 14) but if I use an Android it allows me. When I try and activate live view, it just hangs up on the app as if it’s thinking about it. Maybe you fellows in INNOVV can try and figure that bit out.
If I had known you was releasing the RC6 I would have waited for that
Installed this on my BMW R1250RS 2022. I already had the OEM rear rack installed, I drilled a smaller hole in it to position the radar just above the tail light and protected from the elements. I then put the “brain” just in front and on top of the battery and pulled the lines to the indicators down the side of the frame without taking off the gas tank. I glued the indicators on the handlebar oil reservoirs so the lines could run with the brake and clutch lines without ever risking having them catch on something.
I switched the sound off, but lights are clearly visible day or night even in direct sun light. Only hitch is that you should connect the hot wire to a switched wire to avoid pulling current even when the bike is at standstill. I used a Posi-Lock to tap the rear light wire and that’s worked well enough so far. Overall, a great improvement to the safety of the bike.

in german lunguage.
The wires from the Main Unit to the mirrors are very thin. So you have to save them with an additional cable protection.
To mount the radar unit you have to make an additional holder.
The power supply only has plus and minus, the circuit for the CAN bus or the ignition has to be built by yourself with a relay. Or you have to pay expensiv parts like EzCan ore Thunderbox.
And it would be nice to have an additional product with an additional LED that can be plugged between the BMW mirrors and the INNOVV cable and then mounted near the speedometer.
