Why is the camera shaking and the videos jittery during riding?
Please check if the camera is parallel to the ground and confirm if the screws are tightened enough.
Why are the videos blurry?
Please check if the lenses are clean without any finger marks, dust or other smudges, and wipe the lenses with a dust-free cloth.
Why doesn’t the DVR power on when I start the motorcycle?
Please check the yellow ACC wire is connected correctly.
Why can't I find the Wi-Fi signal?
Please check if the blue light on the remote control is flashing. If the blue light is not on, turn off the ignition, shut down K7, then turn on the ignition and restart K7 to activate Wi-Fi.
What should I do if I forget the Wi-Fi password?
Please long-press the Function Button on the Remote Control for 10 seconds to reset the K7 to the factory default settings. Then, reconnect the K7's Wi-Fi using the default password 12345678.
Why is there no audio in my videos?
Please check if the microphone is off in the App settings.
Please check if the microphone's connector is loosened or there is damage to the wiring harness.
Why is the GPS indicator flashing or turned off?
Flashing light: Please make sure the GPS antenna is installed in a reasonable position, with the text side facing the sky and no metal wires or other obstructions above it.
Light off: Please check if the connector of the GPS antenna is loosened or the wiring harness is damaged.
Why does the video freeze during playback or download in the app?
The distance between the phone and the camera should be within 2 meters, and make sure there are no obstacles or sources of interference nearby.
Use the app on a mainstream mobile phone for a better experience.
Check whether the host is properly installed. Ensure that the text faces upward and no metal shell or cable blocks the host.
Why can't my device save videos to a folder or my device stop recording videos, and intermittently recording videos?
Please try replacing another SD card or try formatting the current SD card.
Please format the SD card on our APP directly.
Back up important videos before formatting.
Please use high-quality memory cards (U3/V30 grade).
Are my two dashcams compatible with each other and can the accessories be used interchangeably?
Dash cams are incompatible with each other and their accessories cannot be used together.
Why don't I save the video or pictures when I press the remote control?
When installing the remote control, please check if the cable is installed too tightly and if there is no buffer reserved at the installation position or the cable is broken.
Why doesn't my package have a SD card?
SD cards need to be ordered separately, our store sells SD cards.
Why can't my phone connect to the product's wifi and shows no network connection?
Please keep mobile data off (or the data roaming off) while using the APP, as it may interfere the phone with the Wi-Fi connection to the product.
Please enable APP access permissions on your phone.
Why haven't I received the email about the order?
Please check the spam email or the email address where you placed the order.

Why did I only receive part of product for my order?
Since accessories and equipment will be shipped from the most suitable warehouse and logistics center, your order may be split into two packages to ship.
