The camera is shaking during riding, and the videos are jittery.
Please check if the camera is parallel to the ground and confirm if the screws are tightened enough.
The video is blurry.
Please check if the lenses are clean without any finger marks, dust or other smudges, and wipe the lenses with dust-free cloth.
The DVR is not working after motorcycle ignition is on.
Please check the yellow ACC wire is connected correctly.
The RC6 fails to record and the red light is flashing.
Please check if the TF card is inserted properly or select another TF card and try again.
The RC6 Wi-Fi can not be found.
Please check whether the green light on the DVR is blinking or not, please press the button twice for a short time to activate the Wi-Fi if you find the green light is not on.
Forget the password of the INNOVV Wi-Fi.
Please reset the DVR to the default setting. The default password is 12345678.
There is no audio in the video.
1. Please check if the microphone is off in the App settings.
2. Please check if the microphone input hole in the DVR is blocked or not.
Video froze when it is played or downloaded in the App.
1. The distance between your phone and the camera should be within 2m, and be sure there is no obstacle or interference sources around.
2. You are suggested to operate the App on a mainstream mobile phone to get a better experience.
The indicator lights do not come on after turning on the ignition.
Please check that the wires are connected correctly and firmly, and please check whether the connector is loose or the wiring harness is damaged.

Please confirm that the buzzer is not blocked on the control box.

Why can't my device save videos to a folder or my device stop recording videos, and intermittently recording videos?
Please try replacing another SD card or try formatting the current SD card.

Are my two dashcams compatible with each other and can the accessories be used interchangeably?
Dash cams are incompatible with each other and their accessories cannot be used together.
Why doesn't my package have a SD card?
SD cards need to be ordered separately, our store sells SD cards.
Installed RC6 before taking delivery and the same is working perfectly, especially the third eye system.
Front camera installed under the right rear view mirror stem and rear cam installed juz below the tail light where there is a reflector. Removed reflector and fixed the cam there.

I can't fault the service and delivery. I did have to refer to some YouTube installation videos, but I've managed to install te unit myself. And it works great! The third eye works a lot better than I anticipated.
Given the price and the safety improvments, this piece of equipment should be mandatory, and an absolute no brainer for every motorbike rider. Well Done INNOVV
