Which phone systems does it support?

It supports Apple CarPlay (iOS 13 and above) and Android Auto (Android 11 and above).

Does the system include built-in speakers?

Yes, it has a built-in speaker, but due to its limited volume, we recommend using a Bluetooth headset (connected to your phone, not directly to the N2).

What type of TF card is supported?

N2 supports TF cards from 16GB to 256GB with U3 or higher write speed.

Is the N2 system waterproof?

Yes, the main unit and cameras are IP67 rated — dustproof and waterproof.

Can I install it myself?

Yes, N2 comes with a detailed installation guide and necessary mounting accessories. It is designed for straightforward DIY installation.

Can the device be powered from my motorcycle directly?

Yes, it is compatible with 12V DC motorcycle power systems. Make sure the red, black, and yellow (ACC) wires are connected correctly.

Does it support live rear-view streaming?

Yes, you can view real-time rear video directly on the screen while riding.

Can it display speed and mileage?

Yes, it supports real-time speed display, trip mileage tracking, and fatigue driving alerts.(GPS module optional)

How do I connect my phone to the N2 system?

iPhone: Enable Bluetooth & Wi-Fi → Pair with "N2" → Allow CarPlay.
Android: Enable Bluetooth & Wi-Fi → Pair with "N2" → Activate Android Auto.

Why can’t my phone connect via CarPlay or Android Auto?

Ensure your system version is up-to-date (iOS 13+ / Android 11+).
Delete unused Wi-Fi profiles that can’t provide internet (e.g., “carlink”).
Restart your phone and try reconnecting.
Keep the phone within 2 meters of the unit and avoid interference.

The system doesn’t power on.

Confirm the ACC (yellow) and power cables are properly connected and your motorcycle battery is working correctly.

There’s no image or audio in the recording.

Check camera connections.
Make sure the microphone setting in the App is enabled.
Ensure the mic hole is not blocked.
