It supports Apple CarPlay (iOS 13 and above) and Android Auto (Android 11 and above).
Does this device have a built-in microphone? Where is it located?
Yes, the N2 has a built-in microphone, which is located at the bottom of the display (usually within the bottom bezel of the screen).
The microphone works together with the camera, and you can turn it on or off in the camera/DVR settings or dashcam settings on the device.
What type of MicroSD (TF) card is supported by the N2?
The N2 supports MicroSD (TF) cards with capacities from 16GB to 256GB, and a minimum write speed rating of U3 (or higher).
For best performance, we recommend using a U3-rated or V30/V60 MicroSD card.
Is the N2 waterproof?
Yes, both the display and cameras are waterproof (IP67 rated).
Can I install it myself?
Yes, N2 comes with a detailed installation guide and necessary mounting accessories. It is designed for straightforward DIY installation.
Can the device be powered from my motorcycle directly?
Yes, it is compatible with 12V DC motorcycle power systems. Make sure the red, black, and yellow (ACC) wires are connected correctly.
Can I use the display to view the footage from the front and rear cameras directly?
Yes. The display supports real-time viewing of the front camera, rear camera, or both cameras simultaneously, allowing you to monitor different views conveniently.
Does the N2 display speed and mileage? Does it have a riding time alert feature?
Yes, it can show real-time speed and track trip distance, and it also has a fatigue alert that reminds you to rest during long rides — but only if you have the GPS module (sold separately).
How do I connect my phone to the N2 system?
iPhone: Enable Bluetooth & Wi-Fi → Pair with "N2" → Allow CarPlay.
Android: Enable Bluetooth & Wi-Fi → Pair with "N2" → Activate Android Auto.
Why can’t my phone connect via CarPlay or Android Auto?
Ensure your system version is up-to-date (iOS 13+ / Android 11+).
Delete unused Wi-Fi profiles that can’t provide internet (e.g., “carlink”).
Restart your phone and try reconnecting.
Keep the phone within 2 meters of the unit and avoid interference.
The system doesn’t power on.
Confirm the ACC (yellow) and power cables are properly connected and your motorcycle battery is working correctly.
No video after connecting the camera. What should I do?
Please check:
The camera is connected correctly to the N2
The camera cable is not damaged (e.g. bent or broken)
