No lights come on after turning on the ignition, even though the wires are well connected.
1. Please check if the fuse is burned.
2. Please check that the wires are connected correctly and firmly. Make sure the input voltage is between 9V and 16V with 0.5A. The red wires must connect to the ACC, while the black wire connects to the negative pole of the battery.

The INNOV ThirdEYE BSD is a great product and a possible life safer. It works a treat on both sides of the bike as well as from directly behind. I feel much safer knowing it is on my bike.

The only minus points are.
1. The hardware supplied for fitting is lacking, the bolt provided is simply too short for most applications.
2. The wiring harness is,again,great quality, but (for me) it would benefit from having another option of a shorter cable...much easier to 'hide' under the seat.
These are minor niggles though....delighted to have it on board.
