TPMS & Screen Protector
Quite a slow delivery to the UK, but not an Innov fault.
The TPMS work well and give both high & low warnings (useful when you get a nail in the back tyre). For some reason my N1 thinks the front is the rear and vice versa, not an issue but a slight annoyance. The spanner that came with them was next to useless.
The screen protector is good and works fine.
The camera is shaking during riding, and the videos are jittery.
Please check if the camera is parallel to the ground and confirm if the screws are tightened enough.
The DVR mount gets loose even though the screws are tightened.
Please add a silicon plate to strengthen the resistance between the bracket and handlebar.
The video is blurry.
Please check if the lenses are clean without any finger marks, dust or other smudge s, and wipe the lenses with dust-free cloth.
The DVR is not working after motorcycle ignition on.
Please check the yellow ACC wire and other cable connection first.
The INNOVV N1 fails to record.
Please check if the TF card is inserted properly or select another TF card and try again.
There is no image from the cameras.
Please check if the camera connector is loose and if the connection wires are damaged or broken.

1. Please check if the microphone is off in the App settings.
2. Please check if the microphone input hole in the DVR is blocked or not.
CarPlay can't connect.

Fantastic product for front and rear camera, gets a bit blurred in the hills which is sad to say needs more ram or something. but overall a great product.

My initial order (N2) was apparently lost by the shipper, and I was up against a deadline. The folks at INNOVV customer service recognized my urgency and sent a replacement via overnight FedEx. The kit was an easy install, particularly as I'd already installed the INNOVV power hub. The only problem I had was getting the rear TPMS to register. After consultation with INNOVV customer service, I found the following procedure to work: start threading the sensor loosely on the valve stem, then start the appropriate connection process on the N2 (front or rear), then quickly tighten the sensor down snugly during the countdown process.
As to the N2 unit itself, I'm very please. It was easy to connect my phone. The update process was likewise easy, but I had to manually type in my home's wifi name and password at the appropriate time. So far, the Android Auto function has worked flawlessly. Note: for those of you using Myrouteapp for your route planning, if you have their nav app, it shows up as an app in Android Auto (I'm told Apple CarPlay as well). This is great because you can download worldwide maps on your phone for use with their app.
One last note: I used 3M Dual Lock to mount the cameras to the motorcycle surfaces front and rear.
FYI the bike is a 2010 BMW R1200RT.

Application went well and looks good and clear without bubbles. I still had not removed the plastic screen film the N2 came with, so the screen was clean and without blemish when i removed the plastic film and applied the glass protector. The protector fits so precise, so take your time to align it for a perfect fit. My only funny discovery is i wear polarized sunglasses and prior to the protector installation, i was able to see my screen. Now with the screen protector applied, my N2 screen looks as if it is literally turned off when i wear my polarized lenses. I had to switch to wearing UV only sunglasses only to see the screen.
