INNOVV N2 Display for BMW

Thoughtfully designed and truly “plug and play”. My only gripe was that when mounted, it sits slightly off center, to the right, as the device is larger than the “nav” unit. This is easily fixed as the nav mount is clamped to the cross bar and simply loosening the four little clamp screws allows it to be shifted over to the left! Plenty of wire slack and now it sits perfectly centered! This is certainly a huge upgrade!

The intersection with the flywheel is seamless, the attachment to the bike is so simple and neat. The screen is really clear and connects easily to one’s phone.

Really pleased with the satnav

The Innov N2 Display for BMW is a great upgrade that instantly improves both look and functionality. It fits perfectly on the new electronic mount 2026 for the BMW R 1300 GSA. The screen is clear in all conditions, and the interface is smooth and easy to use. It integrates perfectly with the bike, feeling like a factory feature rather than an add-on. Solid build quality and reliable performance make it a worthwhile upgrade for any BMW rider.

What a great addition to the BMW GS1200
Only used it a couple of times so far but I am really impressed. The unit works perfectly and really updates the bike . This unit leaves the original BMW Garmin unit in its dust 👍

Plug and play fitment. Unit Feels sturdy and well made. Linked easily to the bike and my phone. The display is large, bright and clear but does not obscure the bikes own display. Works well off the bikes wheel and also touchscreen. Really pleased. Highly recommended and very well priced.

ich wirklich Freude an dem Gerät, da es wertig ist, schnell in Betrieb genommen und vor allem gut funktioniert

UI is somewhat confusing - cannot tell if BMW native Wonder wheel is connected or not, and if for some reason not, there is no clear instruction how to connect it again save for just powering the device off and then on again. Istruction sheet is based on BMW 1250 GS Adv, but at same time it should be compatible with 2018 GS Adv also - the names of some buttons just dont match (there is no menu button on 2018 GS Adv) Also - switching between Apple Carplay and dashboard is quite complicated

Das Display funktioniert super. Es spiegelt mein iPhone, so wie es beschrieben ist. Die Bedingungen funktioniert super mit dem Handrad der BMW oder auch über das Display. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Good product and easy to install

Good quality but there's a big software bug at the device starting: when turning on the ignition switch, the device starts booting instantly and when i pressing the switch for starting the engine, the device turns off. Need to disconnect it from the cradle and connect it again while the engine of the bike is on. I hope it's solved with the next firmware update.

I am very satisfied with the product; it is just as I expected. I am currently using it with an iPhone 11 without any issues.

Recommended this by a friend. Roughly 3rd of the price of a BMW one, clear easy to read screen and quickly and seamlessly connects to my phone. No issues so far!

If you could split screen a map with speed info. Rather than relying on the small wayz speedo..

I have already got Innovv cameras on my GSA, so when looking for CarPlay Screen, Innovv was my first and only place to look. The display is well built and a good size, screen is clear and so far I’ve had no problems with screen brightness. The cost is reasonable and love that it is just plug and play into the BMW nav bracket. I have 2 smallish issues, the first has been resolved very quickly by the company - Trip 1 not working on the BMW TFT screen after an Innovv update for the screen. Messaged Innovv and they posted out an upgrade device and emailed instructions and a video (note - the plug that they send out is a 2 pin plug, for UK just use a shaver to 3pin plug adapter and it works fine). Once the upgrade device has been used and the firmware updated (use latest one off Innovv.com), the Trip 1 not working issue is fully resolved. My other small issue is the instructions supplied with the display show the main functions, but gloss over some others. Easy enough to work out though. All in all, really impressed with the display, TomTom Go works without any issues and no fear of my iPhone getting damaged. Another great product from Innovv.

I changed my previous negative review to 5 stars. I ordered the product, but it didn't work properly on my bike. I reported this, and was promised that they would fix the problem. I didn't think they would. THEY DID. A few days later, they fixed the bugs with a software update. Hats off.

Really is plug n play, fitted to cradle and sync to bmw straight away, not really used much yet but heading to Ireland in a couple of weeks sothat will be a real test, first impressions are very good, connected Bluetooth to helmet in preparation for the trip.

The Innovv N2 is a good unit, however it does rely on the jog wheel on the GSA a lot, so much so I'm still working on how to do certain things, like making a call or changing the navigation.
There is the option of the microphone image that allows you to request texting someone or calling etc you can use that, however that option is not always accessable. It may be operator error and I would welcome any input on what to do.
Apart from that I am very impressed, so much so my Garmin XT is getting sold or given to my Son as it has been a total pain in my rear since I have owned it.

Difficult to navigate if you are not that technical

Memory requires an extra SD card

On the whole it's worth the money and works well. You just need to figure out how to work it and find shortuts
