V1 is a new navigation system launched by INNOVV, with built-in Carplay, Android Auto, and optional reversing camera, suitable for most cars.
Check whether the car's cigarette lighter socket provides a 12V output. Alternatively, connect your phone to the Type-C power cable to check if it charges, confirming the adapter is working properly.
Why does it keep restarting?
1. Ensure the power cable is securely connected and the cigarette lighter adapter is firmly plugged in.
2. If using a third-party adapter, switch to the original adapter and power cable to test.
3. When using your own Type-C cable, make sure it supports a 5V/2A output. Use a fast-charging port to ensure adequate power supply.
Why is the host screen shaking?
Check if the bracket is firmly secured. Re-tighten if it's loose.
Why is the reverse camera footage blurry?
Check the lens surface for fingerprints, dust, or dirt. Clean it with a dedicated lens microfiber cloth.
Why is there no image from the reverse camera?
Check whether the camera connector is loose or if the cable is damaged or broken. Also, confirm that the "Reverse Camera" option is enabled in the system settings.
Why do videos fail to play?
Ensure the video format is MP4, AVI, MOV, or RMVB, and the resolution is below 1080P (1920×1080 pixels).
Why does the host system malfunction?
If a system issue occurs, restart the device by disconnecting and reconnecting the power supply.
Why is there no sound from the speakers?
Refer to the “Sound” section in the settings menu for troubleshooting steps.
Why can’t CarPlay connect?
1. Initial pairing may take longer.
2. Only iPhones running iOS 13 or later support CarPlay.
3. Ensure both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled.
4. Delete Wi-Fi networks such as “carlink” that don’t provide internet access.
5. Go to iPhone Settings → General → CarPlay, remove all records, and re-pair.
6. Restart the iPhone and try again.
Why can’t Android Auto connect?
1. Initial pairing may take longer.
2. Only Android phones running Android 11 or later support Android Auto.
3. Ensure both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled.
4. Delete Wi-Fi networks such as “carlink” that don’t provide internet access.
5. Go to Phone Settings → Connected Devices → Android Auto → Previously Connected Cars → Accepted Cars → Remove all records and re-pair.
6. Restart the Android phone and try again.
Important Notes
1. Always use the original cigarette lighter adapter for power.
2. Install TF memory cards strictly as per the manual to avoid damage.
3. Confirm the vehicle’s cigarette lighter outputs 12V DC to prevent adapter failure or damage.
4. Keep the host and cables away from heat sources and electromagnetic interference.
5. Only the reverse camera is waterproof. Protect other components (host/adapter) from water exposure.
6. Use high-speed U1+ branded TF cards; generic cards may malfunction.
7. Avoid drops or impacts—this is precision equipment.
8. Keep the strong-magnetic mounting bracket stored safely to avoid affecting or damaging nearby electronic devices.
9. Keep phones within 2 meters of the host, away from metal obstructions and interference sources.

Nice display and the responsiveness is good. Unfortunately the glossy screen is very distracting in bright lighting conditions making it hard to see. Perhaps a matte finish screen protector being included would help solve the issue.

The tyre inflator is fantastic
The tyre inflator is fantastic, works super well and fast ! The l.e.d light are not too bright, but are still great!, Jasper happy with the item and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a one stop shop, it can do all types of tyres from bicycles, cars and light trucks ! Sonny was super helpful at the customer support center when my delivery was poorly handed by ups and then passed on to startrack who changed the tracking number without telling anyone, but sonny continued to find out what happened to the package till there was a breakthrough !

INNOVV N3 Initial Review – Great Support and Easy Setup
INNOVV N3 – Initial Review
I recently purchased and fitted an INNOVV N3 to my KTM 1290 Super Adventure S and wanted to share my first impressions.
The ordering process was straightforward and the information available on the INNOVV website was clear and helpful. However, it soon became apparent that, as a newly released product, the N3 was not yet available in the UK and would need to be shipped from China, meaning delivery would take longer than I had initially expected.
This is where INNOVV’s customer service really impressed me. I contacted them via their online chat and was genuinely surprised by how responsive and efficient they were. My enquiry was dealt with quickly, communication was excellent throughout, and they went above and beyond to ensure I received the unit well before I set off on my motorcycle tour.
Installation was relatively straightforward. The instructions could perhaps be laid out a little more clearly, but nothing was particularly difficult. The only challenge I had was identifying the KTM ACC1 and ACC2 wiring connections, but once that was sorted, the N3 was easy to mount and connect.
On first power-up, the unit connected to my phone without any issues and worked better than I had expected. The app was easy to use and the overall setup process was quick and intuitive.
As I’ve only recently started using the N3, it’s too early for me to provide a long-term review of its performance and reliability. However, based on my experience so far, I am extremely pleased with both the product and the support I received.

Amazing Product....really helpful when commuting
I have installed it as best as i can. The radar works wonderfully and it helped me a lot with just knowing your surroundings a bit better. Nothing beats the Head Check but it helps to get reminded to do it from time to time. i have an XSR 900 it is quite a head ache fitting it to the bike cleanly specially the wiring and installing it together with the K7 but 5 stars still
Ich bin aktuell ca 2000km mit dem N3 unterwegs. Zuhause noch das OTA update durchgeführt und jetzt seit ca. 2000, läuft das N3 perfekt. Kein hänger, kein einfrieren es läuft immer und das auch noch sehr schnell. Auch Nässe, den ganzen Tag regen macht nichts aus. Die Hellifkejt ist perfekt. Dieses Gerät ist ein zuverlässiger Begleiter. Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung.
